Много сме доволни от Катерина и Симеон. Нашата Хера беше много добре обгрижвана. Пращаха ни редовно снимки и клипове. Наистина сме много, много доволни! И бихме ги потърсили отново!

Справиха се чудесно с нашия недоверчив страхливчо, Симеон успя да го спечели, а и му хареса двора на къщата и свободата да си обикаля там 😀 Ние също сме много доволни, бяха много отзивчиви, държаха ни в течение за състоянието му и се чувставхме спокойни, че е в добри ръце. Със сигурност ще повторим и бихме казали и на приятели за тях :)

Здравейте! Ние сме наскоро завършили ветеринарни лекари, много обичаме животните, гледали сме котки и кучета от млада детска възраст и към момента имаме 2 години стабилен опит в тази сфера. Стараем се да отделяме специално внимание на всеки наш гост и да държим постоянна обратна връзка със стопаните съпроводена със снимки, видеоклипове и известия относно дните прекарани с нас, както разбира се и здравословното му състояние.

As of lately we have a consistent experience of 2 years taking care of pets. We make sure our guests get the most special attention and care they deserve according to their needs as well as to maintain contact with the owner which consists of photos, videos and notices about the daily routine, as well it's health status.

How it works

  1. Register a user profile - all fields must be green.
  2. Configure your search by type of service, city and period.
  3. Choose a sitter, review their profile and send them a request.
  4. The platform offers you several selected sitters to whom you can automatically send the inquiry, but you can continue without this option.
  5. If you are looking urgently, post an ad on the bulletin board
  6. Follow in your private chat with each sitter separately, in the "Reservations" section, for the initiation of communication from the sitter(s) and clarify the details of the reservation. Upon confirmation of acceptance of the reservation by the sitter(s), you will receive an SMS notification
  7. You need to confirm the reservation as well in order to see the sitter's phone number in the chat, as well as he yours, and to enter into direct contact..
  8. Before or on the day of the service start, the parties meet and payment is made within a time frame and manner agreed upon between them.
  9. After the service is completed, rate the care provided by the sitter by leaving a review on their profile page.

How much does it cost for pet owners

Paid:

To the platform – From the total reservation amount, the owner pays a 25% reservation fee upon confirmation of the reservation and a 10% service fee

To the sitter – From the total reservation amount, the owner pays 75% to the sitter on the first day of the service, in cash or via bank transfer.

Free:

Owners can use the system for an unlimited number of sitters and reservations – searching, browsing, registering a profile, sending requests, connecting with sitters, and chat communication with an unlimited number of messages with the sitters.
