About Svitlana K.

І have been a lifelong pet lover and owner.

In Ukraine, I raised and cared for a German Shepherd, which gave me extensive experience with large breeds and active dogs. I’ve also owned cats my entire life, so I’m very comfortable with feline behavior.

Recently in Bansko, I completed a 5-day house-sitting assignment where I looked after two dogs and a cat, providing full-time care and companionship. I am responsible, attentive to medical needs, and treat every pet like family.

Daily routine

I stick closely to your pet's established routine to ensure they feel safe and stress-free. A typical day includes 4-5 walks (if needed), precise feeding schedules, and maintaining hygiene.

For cats, I ensure a clean litter box and plenty of playtime. I am experienced in administering medications and monitoring health. Between activities, your pets will receive lots of companionship and affection.

I also provide regular photo and video updates so you can see they are happy and well-cared for.

Please note that I do not host pets at my home as my husband and I live in a small apartment.

However, I am open to individual requests for small animals, birds (rabbits, hamsters, parrots, etc.) or even plants — this can be discussed.

How it works

  1. Register a user profile - all fields must be green.
  2. Configure your search by type of service, city and period.
  3. Choose a sitter, review their profile and send them a request.
  4. The platform offers you several selected sitters to whom you can automatically send the inquiry, but you can continue without this option.
  5. If you are looking urgently, post an ad on the bulletin board
  6. Follow in your private chat with each sitter separately, in the "Reservations" section, for the initiation of communication from the sitter(s) and clarify the details of the reservation. Upon confirmation of acceptance of the reservation by the sitter(s), you will receive an SMS notification
  7. You need to confirm the reservation as well in order to see the sitter's phone number in the chat, as well as he yours, and to enter into direct contact..
  8. Before or on the day of the service start, the parties meet and payment is made within a time frame and manner agreed upon between them.
  9. After the service is completed, rate the care provided by the sitter by leaving a review on their profile page.

How much does it cost for pet owners

Paid:

To the platform – From the total reservation amount, the owner pays a 25% reservation fee upon confirmation of the reservation and a 10% service fee

To the sitter – From the total reservation amount, the owner pays 75% to the sitter on the first day of the service, in cash or via bank transfer.

Free:

Owners can use the system for an unlimited number of sitters and reservations – searching, browsing, registering a profile, sending requests, connecting with sitters, and chat communication with an unlimited number of messages with the sitters.
