Cancellation policy

With the flexible plan: the Owner can cancel the reservation up to 2 days before the start of the service.
With the fixed plan: the Owner can cancel the reservation up to 7 days before the start of the service.

Outside these periods, the Owner pays the Sitter 80% of the price of the service, and the Sitter pays the Platform a commission, charged on the full value of the reservation, according to the type of profile (Premium or not).

Upload at least 5 nice photos of yourself with your pets. Choose a cover photo with good lighting and a clear view of your face. The photos should be with the type of pet you offer services for. Dog services = photos with dogs, cat services = photos with cats. It is recommended to show the larger size dogs you would care for.

How it works

  1. Register a user profile - all fields must be green.
  2. Configure your search by type of service, city and period.
  3. Choose a sitter, review their profile and send them a request.
  4. The platform offers you several selected sitters to whom you can automatically send the inquiry, but you can continue without this option.
  5. If you are looking urgently, post an ad on the bulletin board
  6. Follow in your private chat with each sitter separately, in the "Reservations" section, for the initiation of communication from the sitter(s) and clarify the details of the reservation. Upon confirmation of acceptance of the reservation by the sitter(s), you will receive an SMS notification
  7. You need to confirm the reservation as well in order to see the sitter's phone number in the chat, as well as he yours, and to enter into direct contact..
  8. Before or on the day of the service start, the parties meet and payment is made within a time frame and manner agreed upon between them.
  9. After the service is completed, rate the care provided by the sitter by leaving a review on their profile page.

How much does it cost for pet owners

Paid:

To the platform – From the total reservation amount, the owner pays a 25% reservation fee upon confirmation of the reservation and a 10% service fee

To the sitter – From the total reservation amount, the owner pays 75% to the sitter on the first day of the service, in cash or via bank transfer.

Free:

Owners can use the system for an unlimited number of sitters and reservations – searching, browsing, registering a profile, sending requests, connecting with sitters, and chat communication with an unlimited number of messages with the sitters.
